Why we take the safe route
Some shortcuts on immobilizer jobs can lock a module or wipe data, and then the car needs more parts. We back up the data first and use the method that won't put your module at risk. It sometimes takes longer, and we tell you the time first.
On site or bench work
Most jobs are done at the car. When a module has to be read on the bench, we remove it, take the data and come back with the module and a finished key, often the next day.

My car won't start after I installed a used ECU. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. The ECU has to be matched to your car's immobilizer and keys. We do that on site or on the bench.
Do you replace modules?
We program and sync them. If a module is faulty, we tell you and you can supply a replacement.
Do you work on Mercedes EIS?
Yes, on FBS3 cars, roughly 1997 to 2014 plus some 2016 to 2018 commercial vans. FBS4 cars are dealer only.
