Key systems we work with
Older Audis (A4, A6, TT and others up to roughly the early 2010s) store immobilizer data in the instrument cluster. Newer Audis on the MQB and MLB platforms keep it elsewhere and take more steps. Some MLB cars need the module read on the bench, and we explain the plan before we start.

Instrument cluster swaps
If a used cluster was installed, the car may not recognize its keys. We transfer the immobilizer data so the car starts. See immobilizer and module work.
Price and timing
Keys start at $99. The price depends on the model, the key type and whether you still have a working key, and European cars with module work cost more than a basic key. You get a firm price by text before we come, and it doesn't change after programming. Most jobs take under an hour at the car; jobs with module work take longer and we tell you the time first. On most models, yes, at the car.
Can you program a key I bought for my Audi?
Often. Send a photo of the back first. Some Audi keys only work if they're new and match exactly.
My Audi flip blade snapped. Do I need a new key?
