These terms apply to the services provided by KeyHub LLC and to your use of keyhub-atl.com. By requesting service or using this site, you agree to them.

About our service

KeyHub LLC is a fully mobile automotive locksmith based in Marietta, Georgia, serving Cobb County and the wider Metro Atlanta area. We have no storefront. All key cutting, programming, and lockout work is performed at your vehicle's location.

Proof of ownership

Before we open a vehicle, cut a key, or program a key, you must show valid photo identification and proof that you own the vehicle or are authorized to have a key made for it. Acceptable proof includes the vehicle registration, title, or an insurance card in your name. We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be confirmed. A service call fee may still apply.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the vehicle year, make, model, and job type you describe. A quote is an estimate until the technician inspects the vehicle. If the vehicle differs from what was described, if additional keys or parts are required, or if the immobilizer system needs advanced work, we will tell you the revised price before continuing. You may decline at that point, though a service call fee may apply.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship and the keys we supply for three years from the date of service. The warranty covers a key that fails to operate the vehicle due to a defect in the key or in our programming. It does not cover:

• Physical damage, water damage, or loss of the key
• Dead key batteries
• Faults in the vehicle's own electrical, immobilizer, or lock systems
• Work performed on the vehicle by another party after our service
• Keys or parts supplied by the customer

Warranty service requires proof of the original job. Contact us and we will make it right.

Response times

Arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather, and job volume affect them. We are not liable for losses caused by delay.

Vehicle condition

We use non-destructive entry methods wherever possible. Some vehicles, particularly those with worn seals, aftermarket alarms, prior damage, or modified locks, carry a risk of damage that exists regardless of technique. We will discuss any such risk with you before starting. KeyHub LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.

Cancellations

Please call or text as early as possible if you need to cancel. If the technician has already been dispatched or has arrived, a service call fee may apply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, KeyHub LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time, lost income, towing, or rental costs.
