Key systems we work with
Older Volvos such as the first XC90, XC70, S60 and C70 keep key data in the central electronic module (CEM). Newer Volvos (XC90 from 2016, XC60 from 2018, S60 and S90) are a different platform with more steps. Both are done on site, and we tell you the time first.

Start key vs full remote
On some older Volvos, a key that starts the car and opens the door with the blade is one job. A key with working remote buttons needs more programming and costs more. We tell you both options.
Price and timing
Keys start at $99. The price depends on the model, the key type and whether you still have a working key, and European cars with module work cost more than a basic key. You get a firm price by text before we come, and it doesn't change after programming. Most jobs take under an hour at the car; jobs with module work take longer and we tell you the time first.
