KeyHub LLC Limited Warranty

This is a limited warranty. It applies to key programming, key cutting, lock work, and the keys and remotes we supply. It is offered by KeyHub LLC, a mobile automotive locksmith serving Marietta and the Metro Atlanta area.
What is covered
KeyHub LLC warrants that the programming and labor we perform will function correctly on your vehicle, and that the keys and remotes we supply will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a key we programmed stops being recognized by your vehicle because of our work or because of a defect in a key we supplied, we will reprogram it, repair it, or replace it at no charge to you.
How long coverage lasts

Coverage runs from the date the work was performed and stays with the original customer and the original vehicle.
What is not covered
- Water damage, drops, crushing, cracked shells, or any other physical damage
- Keys that are lost or stolen
- Key batteries, which are a normal wear item
- Normal cosmetic wear, including scuffed housings and worn button printing
- Faults in the vehicle itself, including the immobilizer, body control module, receiver antenna, ignition, or door locks, where those faults were not caused by our work
- Keys, remotes, shells, or parts supplied by the customer
- Any work performed on the key, the lock, or the vehicle's electrical system by another party after our service
- Vehicles no longer owned by the customer we performed the original work for
If your key is not covered
If a key is lost or damaged in a way this warranty does not cover, we will supply and program a replacement at a reduced rate rather than full price. Call or text us and we will quote it before any work begins.
How to obtain warranty service
Call or text 470-469-1578 and give us your name, the vehicle year, make and model, and the approximate date of the original service. We will confirm the job in our records and schedule a visit. Warranty work is performed at your vehicle's location within our Metro Atlanta service area, at no charge to you. Outside that area, a travel fee may apply.
Your rights under state law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
