- Vehicle year, make, model, and VIN when you provide it

Text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by call or text about your service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Vehicle ownership verification
Before we cut or program a key, we ask for photo ID and proof of ownership such as a registration, title, or insurance card. We view these documents to confirm you are authorized to have a key made. We keep only a note that verification was completed, along with the job record.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form provider, and phone or messaging services
- Advertising and analytics platforms, including Google, which may set cookies to measure ad performance
